• Presently managing a 200 small cell, DAS, TMO project in Chiacgo. RFP, permit, site walk, AT&T duct search.
Stating an aerial attachement process by opening line of communication, setting standards & processes.
• Implemented 302 dark fiber to tower sites for VzW ahead of schedule and under budget.
• Responsible for overseeing and working with various groups, companies from start to finish. Including: design
visits, REV drawings, MMP approval, OSP design, OSP permits, RFP, PSA, budgeting, construction, and splicing
and testing. Responsible for all aspect of pre & post construction, documenting changes, updating records, permit
closeouts, construction as-built drawings, and splicing redline documents.
• Reporting progress to both internal Fiber to Tower group and the VzW team with weekly progress, and any issues
needing resolution.
• Coordinate any outages VzW reports with UG & splicing contractors to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Keeping all scheduled tasks on target.

upgrade and new. 34kv, 69kv, 500kv.
• Design and draw block diagrams, interconnection, three line drawings, routing and circuit schedule.
• Check design work, utilize vendor drawigns and back check drafting work and make deliverable.

June 2006 - Jan 2007 Transmission & Subtransmission Designer - Patrick Engineering, contractor for MetEd (First
Energy) & PECO (Philadelphia, PA)
• Being part of the design team for new 69kv transmission line for 300 poles.
• Designing circuit & feed protection with fuses & reclosers.
• Design tools used: GIS view, CREWS, Smallworld, Microstation & SAP.
Jan 2005 – June 2006 Distribution Designer – Osmose, Pole Attachment Unit, Contractor for BGE
• Licensing 3rd party (Verizon, Comcast, Telcove and other fiber optic lines) on poles and scheduling ride-outs with
representatives of respective county’s.
• Inspecting poles in Baltimore city & building per NESC.
• Clearing primary & secondary violations. Upgrading 4kv lines to 13kv.
• Design tools used: Atlas, WMS, ED, DA, Pole Loading
Feb 2002 – Dec 2004 Project Manager – KCI technologies, Contractor for BGE
• Planning and designing the City’s conduit system for street light project.
• Coordinating with inspectors for manhole survey & finding feed with butterfly drawing.
• Designing feed and calculating voltages for overhead and underground city & county street light projects.
• Planning, designing and using CADD to complete job and make deliverable.
• Tracking projects to get them done on budget and on time.
